VOICES Education Center empowers lives by providing Adult Basic Education instruction in an innovative way to impoverished communities by providing cultural experiences so that they may learn and benefit from the transformative power of the arts.
Our programs are designed to increase access to the arts for audiences of all ages and abilities, including at-risk youths, individuals with economic disadvantages, and elders in need in Philadelphia. The arts are a critical aspect of human development, and our instructional methodology offers our learners the opportunity to engage with the arts. We partner with arts and cultural organizations in Philadelphia to provide our economically disadvantage students free access to the arts.
